She'll also be sharing:

  • Behind the scenes stories and images about her creative process

  • Details about the software, equipment, and setup she used

  • Mistakes she made and lessons she's learned

  • Accomplishments and milestones of the season

  • What’s on the horizon for the podcast and project

Tune in if you’re interested in learning more about independent podcasting as well as the hustle and muscle that went into producing the Black Women’s Dept. of Labor.

This is a Patreon exclusive event so be sure to register at the Creative Conversation Patron level ($17/month) or above to attend! These sessions are recorded and the replay is available for Patrons.

Taja Lindley centers tarot in her II XI XX (two | eleven | twenty) project, and for this season’s Taja Tuesday Artist Talk, she's going to share an astrological practice with her cards. There is a system of astrological correspondence in tarot that she uses to decode lunar cycles, big transits, and natal astrology. These personal rituals inform her creative process and projects, and help her (re)write the myth and legend of her life.

The Spring 2022 Edition of Taja Tuesday Artist Talk, will feature:

  • a presentation about this astro-tarot practice

  • how this practice informs II XI XX

  • and how you can use this practice for yourself

Plus! Taja will be doing a collective reading of the upcoming new moon eclipse in Taurus (3:34pm CST April 30th) using this method.

This is a Patreon exclusive event so be sure to register at the Creative Conversation Patron level ($17/month) or above to attend! These sessions are recorded and uploaded into Patreon for folks who are unable to attend the live event.

Taja Lindley’s latest production is the Black Women's Dept. of Labor - a project and podcast about race, gender, and the double entendre of labor: to work and to give birth. Formerly known as the Birth Justice Podcast NYC. Produced by Colored Girls Hustle.

The trailer dropped on Friday April 1st and the first episode will be released Wednesday April 13th during Black Maternal Health week! Tune in every other Wednesday for dynamic stories, conversations and analysis. Available wherever you get your podcasts.

Full length interviews with guests will be available exclusively for Patreon subscribers.
